We make crystalline diamond.
The company DiaCCon offers crystalline CVD diamond coatings on metallic or ceramic components, in particular diamond-coated mechanical seals and bearings and diamond electrodes.
In addition to straightforward job coating, our primary focus is on joint process development with the customer in order to produce individual, diamond-coated components that are ideally adapted to withstand extreme loads.
The employees at the company DiaCCon GmbH are able to make use of the experience gained from over twentyfive years of research in collaboration with the Chair of Materials Science and Metals Technology (WTM) in Erlangen, and thus come up with a coherent concept for almost any application. More...

This year, DiaCCon will be exhibiting at weftec in the United States for the first time.
Our focus is on the electrochemical treatment of challenging wastewater using the Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) with diamond electrodes. This year, however, we will place a special emphasis on the growing challenge of PFAS, also known as "forever chemicals."
We are very much looking forward to your visit and to an interesting discussion.

2027 DiaCCon will be at Aquatech in Amsterdam again, the world’s leading trade exhibition for process, drinking and waste water.
This is where we will be presenting our solutions for electrochemical water treatment and synthesis using boron-doped diamond electrodes.
We look forward to seeing you.

DiaCCon is participating as a guest in this year’s IFAT India, Mumbai. We will be delighted to discuss and provide information on the electrochemical treatment of difficult wastewaters with the advanced oxidation process (AOP), and the electrochemical synthesis of chemicals with high oxidation potential by means of boron doped diamond electrodes.

DiaCCon will be in China for the third time and you find us from 11-13 December at Aquatech China 2024 in Shanghai at our stand N1F12. As well as providing information about the electrochemical water treatment and synthesis of chemicals with high oxidation potential using boron-doped diamond electrodes, we will also be presenting a number of new features with our electrolysers.

Now also in split version!
For our diamond electrodes, we have now also developed a split electrolyser. An anolyte or catholyte can be split by separators or membranes. There is no sealing on the electrodes! This saves valuable electrode material and avoids issues with corrosion.
